I've been to Tallgrass four times now - they've got me. Their burgers are excellent. They're not greasy like the other location. And it's a well lit clean space. It can get a little noisy, but all in all this is a really well made burger. Great flavor, and nice assortment of available toppings.

Finally visited Sobelman's Tallgrass Grill this evening, and it was worth it. Great beef, a fresh, soft bun, and excellent toppings. Burgers come with a generous serving of good, basic fries, and a pickle. Prices were very reasonable. The place has a clean, cool design and is spotless throughout. I plan to return soon!

Haven't eaten there but Tallgrass Beef Company is owned by Bill Kurtis... the pitchman for AT&T wireless cards. "I'm Bill Kurtis and I'm faster than Floyd Merriweather." The beef is raised on his ranch in Kansas and are only fed grass, no grains or chemicals. I've had some in Chicago and it was excellent.
