Kopp's is a Milwaukee tradition.
Since 1950, when German immigrant Elsa Kopp founded her first custard stand, Kopp's has been a favorite in Milwaukee. In addition to its famous, frozen custard, Kopp's is also known for their great butter burgers. Always busy, the food is top-rate and so is the service. The Kopp's family also owns Elsa's downtown.
