The 25-year institution Chip and Py's will evolve, beginning October 8, 2007, into Harvey’s Central Grille.
It will have a bar and live music, and a menu featuring creative entrée selections and a wide array of small plates and appetizers like Duck Won Tons mini lobster rolls and a wide selection of slider burgers. Outdoor patio too.
