Adam Siegel, executive chef at Bacchus and Lake Park Bistro, received his second nomination for the James Beard Award today.
The awards ceremony honors the finest chefs, restaurants, journalists, cookbook authors, restaurant designers and electronic media professionals in the country.
One of the biggest foodie events of the year, the competition pits Siegel against three chefs from Minneapolis, and one from Kansas City.
Awards for 52 categories, including best restaurateur, outstanding chef, rising star chef and best new restaurant, are given June 8.
