Let's get one thing straight: This ain't no traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
Instead, the Iron Horse Hotel is hosting a "No Thanks -- Get Tanked" seven-course Thanksgiving dinner that's "heavy on the drink."
The dinner will be served in the hotel's library. Guests will sit at communal tables, in front of a firelace, and sample adventurous, Thanksgiving-inspired cocktails like Wild Turkey Old Fashioneds, potato vodka shots and cranberry martinis.
As for the food menu, Chef Thomas Shultz pairs the unique highballs with seven courses including Osetra Caviar with crème fraiche, Wisconsin Billy Blue Cheese Salad with Door County cherry vinaigrette, crispy pork belly served with house-made bacon bourbon and more.
The cost is $125 per person and space is limited. If you really want to tie one on, consider renting a room. Prices start at $149 for double occupancy.
The Iron Horse Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located in a 100-year-old warehouse in Walker's Point.
