The Washington Post, on Sunday, March 27, featured a rather glowing article about Milwaukee, adding the respected daily newspaper to the list of high-profile publications touting Brew City's charms lately.
The writer, Cindy Loose, seemed to fall in love with our city saying, "The downtown galleries, shops, museums and free concerts reminded me more of a mini-Chicago than a factory town turned to rust."
Loose noted Art's Concertina Bar, the beer and brats, bowling and polka but also mentioned the new and impressive "Milwaukee of high culture and chic."
