Years ago, Milwaukee's trick or treating time was always after dark. At some point, the event switched to daylight hours, which might be good for safety, but definitely not ideal for the "spooky" factor. Jack-o-lanterns just don't look as cool in the mid-afternoon.
Hence, many neighborhoods -- from Waukesha to Riverwest -- have coordinated their own nighttime trick or treat schedules. Is this a good idea? Should the City of Milwaukee have after-dark trick or treating?
Last week's question: Should food delivery be restricted in certain neighborhoods?
Absolutely not. This is discrimination. Where do we draw the line? As the central city expands, do we restrict more and more areas until you can only order a pizza in the suburbs?

Yes! It's totally OK to restrict delivery to certain neighborhoods. Obviously, some neighborhoods are just too risky for random, door-to-door delivery.

My question is: Who in this day and age is still willing to be a delivery person? Seems way too dangerous for the crappy wage.

Is it not fair. People spend hundreds of thousands of dollars now to live in some of these "restricted" neighborhoods, and we like ordering Chinese food, too.
