The new Bayshore Town Center has dibs on Wisconsin's first California Pizza Kitchen as one of the many new dining and retail options planned for its 45-acre shopping center project. Other additions to the Bayshore lineup include Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Brooks Brothers, the nation's oldest clothing retailer and Bravo! Cucina Italiana, which will open its second Wisconsin location.
California Pizza Kitchen operates a chain of more than 190 restaurants nationwide, featuring imaginative hearth-baked pizzas such as the original BBQ Chicken Pizza, a broad selection of distinct pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches.
"These tenants are only the beginning of many exciting announcements we will be making at Bayshore," said David Wass, chief operating officer of Steiner Properties, an affiliate of Steiner & Associates, developer of Bayshore. "They represent a sampling of the diverse and attractive businesses that Bayshore will showcase."
The new Bayshore Town Center adds several new buildings to the existing Bayshore Mall infrastructure to create 45-acre "town center" concept featuring 1.2 million sq. ft. of retailers, restaurants, office space and residential space, as well as a town square that will host public events and concerts.
