Brookfield welcomes a new seafood dining addition to its repertoire with the Feb. 5 opening of Bonefish Grill at 18355 W. Bluemound Rd.
Offering a selection of fresh fish every day, the polished casual seafood restaurant, which began in St. Petersburg, Fla. in January 2000, is appealing to those who crave high quality cuisine in a comfortable, lively atmosphere at a good value, says the press release.
All entrées at Bonefish Grill are accompanied by hot crusty bread, crisp house salad and a choice of rice, seasonal vegetables, pasta or potato selection.
According to Kurt Wagner, managing partner of the Brookfield restaurant, the 6,200 sq.-ft establishment can accommodate up to 275 guests.
