Alterra Coffee Roasters is considering a Walker's Point location, according to co-owner Lincoln Fowler. Fowler says although he and his partners -- brother Ward Fowler and Paul Miller -- have had discussions with Tim Dixon, the owner of the building at 118 Pittsburgh Ave., there are no firm plans for Alterra to open a location in the building ... yet.
"Although we have interest and think the building is cool, there is no formal commitment nor any firm plans," says Fowler.
The Social, owned by Kevin Sloan, will move into the building in early 2005.
