That's a good looking Guinness. |

This weekend, I bellied up to the bar to grab a bite to eat and chat with my friend / bartender, Bill Rouleau, who works at The Palomino.
Bill shares my unhealthy and rabid obsession with the Brewers, and I know he had something up his sleeve when I saw his coy smile as he walked over with a pint of Guinness.
"Check this out," he said, pointing to its foamy head. I expected to see a shamrock, which is impressive in its own right.
But instead, Bill showed me a pint of beer with a perfectly-formed, old-school Brewers ball and glove logo etched into its head.
I was far too astounded to ask him how he did it, but I had the presence of mind to snap a photo with my iPhone. About the only thing cooler would have been to figure out how to make it blue and gold. And frankly, I wouldn't put it past him.
From the guy who brought Milwaukee the Tour de Farce, Dog Day Afternoon and the infamous South Shore Frolics Rush-Mor float, it looks like Bill (who co-owns Rush-Mor Records) has created another Bay View masterpiece -- and I'm guessing if the Brewers keep winning, he'll be pouring many more Brewers-inspired Guinnesses all summer long.
